Stef is SO funny
I got some Halloween costumes on Clearance for 75% off at KMart for Stef to play dress up. She is currently wearing a Cinderella dress, elbow pads, knee pads, and roller skates clamped on over her green Crocs. If I could drag myself off my heating pad, I'd go get my camera. My upper back went out again today. Steve cracked it back in for me but it's really sore now.

TMI Tuesday
1. When was the last time someone hit on you? What went down? sadly, I really don't remember the last time.
2. If you were single and could be with any one person, who would it be (thinking singer/actor or someone famous here, but whatever)? Gary Sinese because he's a decent man.
3. Have you ever had done anything sexual in your office or your place of employment? Nope
4. Do you apologize when you make a mistake? How do you react when someone calls you out? I try to always take responsibility for my actions. If I mess up, I say so.

Friday 5 for August 8: I Saw It At The Movies (done on Aug 10)
In Citizen Kane, the main character’s last word before dying is “Rosebud,” which is discovered later to be the name of a favorite childhood sled. The idea is that this rich, powerful, hated man, in his last moment, finds himself thinking of happy, innocent times. If the film were about your life, what word might you utter in similar sentiment? Zippy (a capucian sp? monkey that lived a few doors up the street from me.) OR UltraMan.
In Groundhog Day, the main character is forced to live the same day again and again until he has learned to love others and to love himself. If you found yourself in an endless loop, living one day repeatedly until you learned the lesson that was holding you back, what would that lesson be? finding a good balance between being a doormat and being overbearing.
In Freaky Friday, a mother and daughter who have difficulty understanding each other find themselves each living the other’s life (occupying the other’s body and everything!). If this were to happen to you for similar reasons, whose body would you wake up in? my MIL. I TOTALLY do not understand her craziness.
In Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones has to jump into an underground room filmed with the one thing that freaks him out: snakes. “Why did it have to be snakes?” he asks. If the movie were about you, what would you see in the underground room? spiders, snakes, and my Ex
In Sideways, the main character is asked to explain his love for wine made from a certain grape. As he describes the grape, we realizes he is also describing himself, saying that it must be carefully tended and that it is easily damaged. If the film were about you, what passion (hobby, food, collectible, or activity, for example) would you describe and how would you describe it so that you were also describing yourself? Star Wars. In order of production: It starts with a farm boy from a podunk planet that finds a greater purpose, faces an awful truth, overcomes impossible odds and saves the universe. Then a slave boy is taken from his sad life and liberated to become so much more. He still makes mistakes but his children end up being the best thing he could have ever given the galaxy.
